About Karina
Meet the Owner
Karina has always had a passion for helping people. In 2007, her love for massage started when she discovered massage therapy after she was invited to a workshop. She graduated from Everest Institute and got her Georgia license not long afterwards. She has experience in both Spa and Medical settings and working on individuals of all ages. Her goal for her clients is for them to find wellness by learning how to connect with their body. Karina specializes in therapeutic, deep tissue, cupping therapy, prenatal , and Thai on the table.
Practicing for 13 years, her experience has grown as she kept her self up to date on her continue education as well studying and learning new information and practicing new techniques to better inform and help her clients. Her belief is that health comes from within and her ultimate goal is for clients to reach a more fulfilling life by helping them move towards a healthier, pain free life!

Gift Certificates
If you were gifted a gift card please use the voucher number when booking your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment . If you are unable to give 24 hours in advance notice & we cannot fill your spot you will be charge the full amount of your session.
New Clients
If you are a new client please make sure to fill out forms online before your appointment. The link is in your confirmation email that you receive after booking your session. If you didn't receive it please make sure to email us so we can make sure all information is entered correctly. These forms are required to be completed before your session.
Waitlist
If you do not see any available appointment dates and times that work for you, please send us an email at karina@myvidamassage.com with your desired date and time preferences and your best contact number. We will add you to the waitlist and you will be notified in the event of a cancellation.
No-shows
If you don't show up for your scheduled appointment time with no call or text you will be classed as a No-Show and you will be charged the full amount for the time reserved.
Any outstanding fees will need to be payed prior to making any future bookings at Vida Massage.
